2009 Research Triangle Software Symposium moved back to August

Due to lower than expected attendance for RTSS 2009 show, we have  
decided to move the show back to August 28-30th. We had a lot of  
feedback about companies whose fiscal year ends June 30th and would  
have funding for events moving forward in July.
