pregunta sobre compatibilidad GPL

Buenas, no se si =E9sta es la lista m=E1s indicada para preguntar =E9sto =
pero=20
me ha surgido una duda y se que aqu=ED hay gente que sabe mucho sobre el=20=

tema.

Como PFC he desarrollado un software que deseo liberar bajo GPL. Pero=20
no se si voy a poder porque me he basado en c=F3digo fuente que incluye=20=

=BFPuedo licenciar entonces mi software con GPL? No se si la=20
"minilicencia" de =E9ste programa es compatible con ella, y en caso=20
positivo, no se qu=E9 deber=EDa poner en las cabeceras de =E9stos =
ficheros:=20
=BFMi nota de copyright con la referencia a la GPL y debajo =E9sto? =
=BFS=F3lo=20
la nota que el autor original requiere?

Perdonar si es una pregunta un poco est=FApida, pero es que ando =
bastante=20
perdido en el tema.
