Disposition: Explanation of XSL spec

There are many other things that would get quite complex if 
reference-orientation would apply to table cells; for example 
border identification. To wrap the cell content in an 
fo:block-container for the cases where a rotation is required 
seems to be a simpler and more "orthogonal funtionality" design.
