That is a rather presumptuous thing for you to state. Even Richard Stallman 
cannot speak for the entire Free Software Foundation. IMO, the CC by-sa and 
the GFDL without the invariant options exercised are the same in spirit and 
text licensed in either should therefore be useable under either license. 

The whole point of free content is the free exchange of information by 
ensuring that its fixation in text is free and will always be free. Not being 
able to interchange text between the two major free content licenses does not 
encourage the free exchange of information.  

This is a major issue that needs to be addressed, not suppressed. I for one 
will not be hiding my head in the sand on this point.
