Yes - that part is *very* bad no matter how you look at it since it adds 
additional restrictions to content covered under the GFDL. That alone voids 
their right to use the GFDL content. 

When the hell are we going to start sending takedown notices to ISPs after our 
standard letters are ignored?! I've asked for guidance on this issue a couple 
times already, but have not been able to spark discussion. I think this is a 
/very/ important issue that needs to be addressed.
