Can you look for the file 
/opt/sw/src/fink.build/netcdf-c7-4.3.3.1-7/netcdf-c7-4.3.3.1/config.log 
and check around the area where it mentions 'H5Fflush' ? That should 
hopefully provide more diagnostic as to why it's failing to find the 
hdf5 library.

Is there a reason you need the really old netcdf-c7 library? The latest 
version of that library is in the package netcdf-c18.
