'10.5-EOL' branch available for testing

This is a sub-branch from branch_0_33.

It contains modifications to Fink/Package.pm to make "10.5-EOL" a
special directory just like "10.4-EOL":  package descriptions there are
visible to 10.5 users and invisible to 10.6 users.

I've tested it on 10.5 and 10.6 setups here, and it appears to behave
properly, but I figure we've got a bit of a window to do some
optimization. :-)

To get the 10.5-EOL branch (yeah, I'm probably being overly explicit for
this list):

Option 1)
Clone fink from github if you haven't already
cd into your fink clone
Use "git fetch" if you have an existing clone
Use "git checkout 10.5-EOL" to switch to this branch.
Use "./inject.pl" as usual.

Option 2)
Grab a zip archive via the "zip" button on
https://github.com/fink/fink/tree/10.5-EOL
unpack it
cd into the archive
./inject.pl
