Re: Updated dpkg and apt in my experimental

I haven't really looked at your dependency scheme closely, but I'd like to point out that what depends on what among essential packages is important mainly for bootstrapping (where we want a fixed build order).  Other than that, essential packages will always be present in a fink installation, so what depends on what is less important.

Getting the order right for bootstrapping is VERY important.
