After High Sierra

I’d like to prioritize getting our package descriptions moved off of Sourceforge and on to GitHub.  The updates that sourceforge made recently  have made the tracker system even worse:

1) I used to get emails about every addition to the tracker, for admin purposes, but those are gone now. 

2) I don’t know what other folks are seeing, but I no longer even get messages about packages which are assigned to me.

3) The fink-tracker list now requires manual intervention actually to send any emails about changes on the tracker.  This is now the only way that I see anything that happens on the tracker.
