+1 to moving finkinfo to github.

fink-tracker list is broken, and SF is not being responsive about it. I 
opened a ticket with them, and it was fixed temporarily, but then it 
broke again [1].

1) I still see emails for every tracker comment, addition, change, etc, 
as before.
2) see 1.
3) the mailing list requiring manual intervention issue is in link [1].
