Re: RFC: scraping old versions of some packages (r-base, llvm) on 10.13

Where I work uses python3.4 from the fink distribution (we use it with the Hubble and James Webb planning and scheduling systems).  It is doubtful that we’d be able to get everything switched to python3.6 before going to 10.13.  So one vote for keeping python3.4.
