This would also involve making OS specific .info files for 10.12 and 10.13 due to the loss of mediactrl there. Currently, nothing uses wxcocoa293. Only spatialite-gui uses wxcocoa295, and only grass70 (grass72 is the latest) uses wxwidgets300-cocoa. wxwidgets300-osxcocoa builds fine on my 10.13 VM. Should wxcocoa293, wxcocoa295, and wxwidgets300-cocoa be dist restricted to 10.11 and down? The two deps would also need to be dist restricted until they are updated to wxwidgets300-osxcocoa, but they're currently unavailable above 10.11 anyway.
