Welcome aboard. Any package that is listed as belonging to "None 
<[email protected]>" (grep is your friend here) is 
available for upgrading/updating/fixing by anyone, and you can claim it 
as your own as well if you wish.

To submit a change, make a pull request in Github against your branch 
with the changes you want to submit.
<https://github.com/fink/fink-distributions/wiki/Submitting-new-or-updated-packages> 
has basic instructions for people not accustomed to Git. If you know 
git, then that link will help you with what the end result of a pull 
request should have, but you don't need to follow every specific detail 
if you know what you're doing.
