Hi Dave,

I made a new package for gnutls-3.6.10 that needs a new libN package and 
submitted it here: https://github.com/fink/fink-distributions/pull/479

This updates our old gnutls28 package. I also converted the old 
gnutls-2.12 package to an shlibs-stub only package because nothing else 
is using it and it's a really old library version, so we might as well 
avoid having anything else try to use it again.

We don't have your github ID, so I couldn't tag you on the PR to review 
it. Please let me know what you think so we can push it if it's OK. Thanks,
