Is there an effort underway to get installs working on the new m1-based
devices? bootstrap fails pretty quickly with:
Checking system... arm-apple-darwin20.3.0
11.2 does not match the expected value of 10.16. Please run `fink
selfupdate` to download a newer version of fink at
/Users/jkoenig/src/fink/perlmod/Fink/Services.pm line 1369.

I see a patch was uploaded to make adding new targets easier but it wasn't
merged:
https://github.com/fink/fink/pull/162

Is there another branch where this is being worked on? I'd be happy to put
some time into supporting this, just not sure what the current status is.
