Not completely, I run into a difficulty

So it was Scott Hannahs's advice that helped me namely 




>copy the file to "/opt/sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo/crypto/encfs.info”
>Basically the same location in the directory structure except substituting “local” for “stable"

That messages you can find in a slightly different thread.

I also rose the question, in another message, how to proceed, since for
=>10.15 encfs will not work anymore since the osxfuse version used for
its compilation does not allow modules to be inserted in the kernel.

You need the MacFuse binaries to do that.
