Re: big sur: info files for po4a and module-build-pm-11.3 and stuck with libxslt-1.1.34-1 failed

I have gotten emacs26 working under 11.3.  First you need to install a fresh version of fink from a separate branch.  This allows for the installation of po4a.

Second I had to modify xinitrc and one other emacsen-common to get emacs26 to install.  I hope to do a PR on this soon but my remote BS system went off line over the weekend I have to find some time to get to the lab and restart it.  There is some weird networking problem where BS loses its IP address and resorts to a private zeroconf address.
