strange enough, it seems to be installed :
  i   extutils-parsex  3.35-1       Converts Perl XS code into C code

but if I try to rebuild it (unsure of the name extutils-parsex-pm or 
extutils-parsex) in both cases it says: Failed: no package found for 
specification

The header of the infofile I find starts with:

Package: extutils-parsexs-pm
Version: 3.35
Revision: 1

strange enough, that is not the case neither ...
if I just try again to install po4a I get:

The following 4 additional packages will be installed:
  libxslt-bin libxslt-shlibs module-build-pm sgmls-pm

and then building libxslt  fails with:

checking for LIBXML... no

the configure-invocation is:
./configure --prefix=/opt/sw3   --without-crypto --disable-static 
--without-python --with-html-subdir=libxslt --enable-dependency-tracking 
--disable-silent-rules XSLTPROC=/usr/bin/true


and fink dumpinfo libxslt

tells me:
