Failure in Perl dependencies Big Sur 11.5.2

Not sure what the status of Perl is on Big Sur since Apple keeps changing versions and Fink is very sensitive to that. I am not sure why it is directing to install a 5.28.02 version of Perl since the installed Perl is 5.30.02. But in attempting to update my installation, I get the following error: Information about 11646 packages read in 1 seconds. WARNING!
