llvm masquerades as gcc/g++ on macOS, so it will probably show up as 
that in the compiler command. You can also search for the string "error: 
" or something similar. It's hard to tell from the error you posted what 
actually failed before the command moving t-ast.gmo to ast.gmo. Besides 
the diagnostic error for mv, what is the command above that which 
failed?
