cannot install watchman?

Hi 

I am still on MacOS catalina and out of a sudden

 hg status

Gave me watchman not found.

So I run fink selfupdate
fink install watchman

But obtain

Any idea what to do?

It talks about Xcode, should I actualise that? I barely remember how to
do that.

Or is it that Catalina is now too old
