build of db60-aes-6.0.30-2 failed

The install fails when running:
     libtool: compile:  g++ -c -I. -I../src -Os -I../lang/cxx/stl 
../lang/cxx/stl/dbstl_container.cpp  -fno-common -DPIC -o 
.libs/dbstl_container.o
with the following errors
In file included from ../lang/cxx/stl/dbstl_container.h:12:
./dbstl_common.h:57:2: error: "No appropriate TLS modifier defined."
In file included from ../lang/cxx/stl/dbstl_container.h:13:
../lang/cxx/stl/dbstl_resource_manager.h:145:2: error: "A multi-threaded 
build of STL for Berkeley DB requires thread local storage.  None is 
configured."

When running with multiple built jobs (12) I got 2 additional errors  in 
the same libtool invocation.
