Current released and probably also the latest main branch version will fail on building dpkg and various other
base packages with Xcode 16, but unfortunately bootstrap does not exit cleanly on those errors, but proceeds
to return with an incomplete installation (%p/bin/dpkg* in fact not existing).
macOS 15 and 14.6 or later should use https://github.com/fink/fink/pull/267 until they are officially supported.
