I see the same, after self-update, “fink list texlive

 i   texlive-nox                       20240312-2                 Bundle package for TeX Live
 i   texlive-nox-base                  20240312-2                 Base programs for a TeX Live installation
 i   texlive-texmf                     20240312-1                 Main texmf tree for a TeX Live installation

and in fink.conf:

Distribution: 15.0
