exists, though it's only for x86_64 because the bug report on this said 
that the problem did not exist for arm64.

What do `fink dumpinfo -finfofile texlive` and `ls -l 
/opt/sw/fink/dists/stable/main/finkinfo/text/texlive*.info` say (adjust 
that path if Fink is not in /opt/sw)?
