libgsf1.114-dev 1.14.8-2 won't install due to libgsf-doc libgsf-dev dependencies in Fink 0.28.5-31 under Mac OS X 10.4.11

libgsf1.114-dev is a prerequisite for many other packages, such as  
librsvg-2.20.0-1.  Sadly, whenever I try to build it, I get this:

Fink isn't sure how to install the above packages safely. You may be  
able to
fix things by running:

   fink scanpackages
   sudo apt-get update
   sudo apt-get install libgsf1.114-dev=1.14.8-2

Failed: Fink::SysState: Could not resolve inconsistent dependencies
