Can probably patch gtkfilesystemgnomevfs.h to use gtk.h or gtk/gtk.h
instead (gtk is shifting towards unified single include instead of
lots of parts. I'm still a couple of days away from the libgnomeui2
level in the new gnome lib upgrades.
