The error suggests a mismatch between the runtime X11 components and the
X11 SDK from Xcode, as per the FAQ:

(the versions of the libraries mentioned there aren't the same, but
that's OK).

What does

    xcodebuild -version

give you?  If it's not 3.1.3 then install Xcode 3.1.3 .
