Hi, in reference to this error:

configure:10141: gcc -o conftest -Os -I/sw/include -L/sw/lib -Wl,-framework,Carbon conftest.c -lintl   >&5
ld: warning: in /sw/lib/libintl.dylib, file is not of required architecture
Undefined symbols:
  "_bindtextdomain", referenced from:
      _main in cc9ec9YR.o
ld: symbol(s) not found
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

I found that the Fink missed library is only in 64 bits:

$ file /sw/lib/libintl.dylib
/sw/lib/libintl.dylib: symbolic link to `libintl.8.0.2.dylib'
$ file /sw/lib/libintl.8.0.2.dylib
/sw/lib/libintl.8.0.2.dylib: Mach-O 64-bit dynamically linked shared library

Sincerely: iFernando
