Russian Translations

We did the Russian translations but I had problems with cvs access to the
Fink repository which continue.  I have no write access to the directory, so
it is impossible for me to update.

I posted this problem some time ago to this group and to the Fink core
group.  Perhaps I should present the problem to SourceForge.

Anyway, I would change the permissions on the xml files if I could, but
unfortunately I don't have access.

I'm willing to listent to any suggestions.
