Documentation translated to Portuguese

Hello all,

I=92ve finished translating the documentation to (Brazilian) Portuguese.  =

All documents should have been translated except for:

=95 Developer/packager documents: I=92m assuming software developers and  =

packagers know English, which holds for every software developer I know;

=95 Internationalisation guide: I=92m assuming that new translators  =

wouldn=92t use Portuguese as a starting point;

=95 Netiquette guide: well, our mailing lists are essentially in  =

English. I don=92t know how other projects handle bug reports and  =

support requests in other languages but I guess this isn=92t really an  =

issue at the moment.


If someone with proper rights feels like updating the Web site, please  =

do it. :)
