infrastructure stuff to build Spanish files

I've been charged to try to commit what has been completed so far on the FAQ for the Spanish documentation. Unfortunately, the FAQ stylesheet appears not yet to be compatible, and I don't know how to fix it. Could someone who knows more than I (e.g. Baba) set it up? Many thanks. -- Alexander K.
