You cannot do that. At least I think this is impossible since the Forms
are provided by the MailMan Interface SourceForge runs.

This should be doable. Either by doing XML->LaTeX->PDF
or by doing XML->XSLT->XSL-FO->PDF

I would prefer the latter, but that requires us to find someone with
XSLT + XSL-FO skills.
