I'm referring to all those strings that are automatically generated 
(for example Contents for the table of contents in some docs and next

Yes, I want, but there is no way to do it right now, since the 
mechanism has been blocked for news translation.

I mean that there is little chance a search engine indexes correctly a 
French page when the meta keywords are so global (referred only to the 
main page).

I mean the html files already exist, but there is no printer icon to 
make them accessible. (See cvs access for example).
