To be consistent with other uses, the "second" build directory should 
keep its name "build directory". The "first" build directory should be 
named "root directory" as in the fink option "-K, --keep-root-dir", or 
"destination directory" as in the percent expansion documentation "%d
the destination directory". Or maybe "installation root directory"?
