Some pages desynchronized in web

How is this to be handled now?

3 - Porting is de facto desynchronized by having restricted the 
makefile to en

That means at the moment, the web pages as seen on the web site, are 
those which existed before changing the makefile.

Any attempt to correct a page (for whichever reason) already existing 
in whichever language will either do nothing, or by integrating the 
language into the makefile will process also the English file.

It would be better either to put the new version of porting in 
experimental till it is finished and enabling the languages in the 
makefile again, or (better maybe) to process the English file even not 
finished (better as nothing) and enabling the languages again in the 
makefile so that the synchronization could be made.
