It was in no way meant to offend you, just to help the Spanish 
Translators Team. Please read the whole thread with a little distance, 
and if possible from the point of view of the users, and put the "sharp 
words" under the fact that I don't master English as I do French. The 
goal here is to provide the users with the more accurate documentation 
in their native language within the smallest delay. What I pointed out 
here under the hood, was the fact that it is not easy for you, the Team 
leader, to handle the files since you cannot commit, and then the last 
mail from demented blitz, I did not understand well.

If you really feel you should drop this role, well nobody can impede 
you to do it, but I don't think this will go in the sense of 
improvement; first because, as any of us, you do the most and the best 
you can; second, because then the Spanish Translators Team will be 
inevitably left without a leader, hence without commit, during some 
times, hence the readers without new files in Spanish.
