Re: Attention German and Spanish translators

Hi Lenin,

I've updated web/index.es.php, news.es.xml and news.es.inc, 
people.es.php, about.es.php, and integrated netiquette.es.xml. Please 
check if it is OK.

As for the other files you sent to me:
constants.es.inc, cvs.es.xml, doc.es.xml, links.es.xml, nav.es.xml, 
organization.es.php, readme.es.xml, uguide.es.xml, usage.es.xml

There is nothing to change, either there are not to be translated: 
usage.es.xml
or there is no change apart cvsid, which is generated automatically 
each time a file is committed
or there are still out of date, so the warning at the top remains till 
they are up to date.

Please, before changing a file, update your local cvs tree with:

cvs update -dP

Then make your change if any, check none has been updated the English 
meanwhile you made the change, if this is the case, integrate the 
changes, and only then send to me the files which have changed and are 
to be translated.

This way, I don't waste my time just to check that there is nothing to 
be done.
