There is no point in supplying a none native language news item to
someone that does not speak nor understand English quite fully (yet). I
know there are many out there that understand English perfectly well,
yet prefer to read web-sites in their native tongue, however there are
also enough people that cannot.

This is something that we will simply have to work out a procedure for.
We will need to see

a) Which languages are most read and thus important (already did that)
b) Is there a translator quickly available?
c) Freeze the announce for 6,8,12,24 hours (whatever is needed) so
translators can catch up

It is actually just a matter of procedure as DRM already hinted
