Apologies to all if I caused problems with recent commits.

In the future I am happy to upload translated xml files and let someone
else do the build, if this is possible.

The translation of all files to Russian, with the exception of news,
should be completed in the next several weeks.

Once completed I will get clarification on the process from this list
before I proceed to commit any files to cvs.

Again, sorry if I caused problems.

Jeff
