Note: mopac7 calculations do not work, but they never did or maybe long time ago. My intention is to go after this, once it is updated.

Hi.

This is a proposal to update ghemical to 3.0.0. In order to build, i had to deal with OpenGL issues. I would appreciate third party checks, before actually comitting the packages descriptions.
