[fink:package-submissions] #5082 chemical 3.0.0

* liboglappth needs BuildDepends on autoconf2.6 and automake1.15 for autogen to work.
* The patch file is still needed to find a current location of X11, fix the .pc file to not publish GL and GLU to downstream packages, and use -no-undefined to make sure all symbols are present at linktime. You'll need to modify the patch to go against configure.ac and src/Makefile.am now.
* liboglappth-shlibs links to X11 libraries and needs `Depends: x11-shlibs` as in the previous version.

Hi.

This is a proposal to update ghemical to 3.0.0. In order to build, i had to deal with OpenGL issues. I would appreciate third party checks, before actually comitting the packages descriptions.
