* libghemical5 lost the -no-undefined sanity check in the .patch
* If using autogen.sh, need to BuildDepends on autoconf2.6 and automake1.15
* PatchScript is modifying configure in the first perl pie, but that will be overwritten by autogen.sh
* And that same perl pie is creating what I think is probably nonsensical output in configure anyway:

Hi.

This is a proposal to update ghemical to 3.0.0. In order to build, i had to deal with OpenGL issues. I would appreciate third party checks, before actually comitting the packages descriptions.
