A new set of files. All the comments re liboglappth and libghemical5 should be taken care of. I made also changes to mopac7 and ghemical and got rid of file libghemical5.patch. This is a proposal to update ghemical to 3.0.0. In order to build, i had to deal with OpenGL issues.
