Upstream it's actually at 4.4.3, and ipython-py3* has long made it into stable as well, so I don't see any need for this.

This is a couple of versions up, and the only missing dependency to get ipython to py3.x
Played around with the provided test suite, but this requires an additional pypi download; may want to disable that.
