I'm going to go out on a limb here so that we can try to get this
settled.  I think the CORE team should consist of at least the following
members:

- Stacy (because she's put a lot into it already and shows a lot of
  promise to be very beneficial to the project),
- Eric (because he runs the server),
- Joshua (because he has "lots of free time") and
- Anthony (because I've been wanting to do this for so long).

Peter and Josef: which of you ~really~ wants to be a CORE member, and
which is willing to step down?
