Well, your design kinda looks like php.net, along with the colour
scheme. I can get a friend of mine to do a design for bsdadvocacy.org if
this is at all needed, he has done many designs, and he seems to be
pretty good at them.

Else, I think you need a new layout, the site really looks like
www.php.net..
