Re: *Official* Color Scheme, etc.

Well, php.net is ran from smarty.  I used a smarty layout, and just
plugged the php.net colors in for now.  There are lots of sites that use
the smarty layout, and it has been brought up before on the list, which is
why I choose  it initially to use for look, but wanted to use something a
little bit more light weight for the backend, so i used my own system.

Regardless of what layout we use, we need to find a decent color scheme to
be used uniformly for everything we do...which is why I emailed the list
for some feedback.  The layout of the site is not the issue right now,
because it can be changed in a few minutes...I just didn't have anything
good in mind for a layout, and used the smarty layout.
