It was reported to build, however there were problems with the tests, I
suggest that you try to build it and run the testsuite with cygserver
running.  If it works out ok, then there may be some changes to the
testsuite needed to ensure that there are no failing tests when
cygserver is not running.  Maybe start it from inside the testsuite?

To get it compiled, there should be no changes needed, Configure should
detect automatically that the needed headers and functions are
available, if it doesn't see it, it needs to fixed in Configure.
