Why do you use -Dusemallocwrap?

These two: -Duse64bitint -Dusethreads are default IIRC.


There is a file in the source: hints/cygwin.sh which is used to define
all those needed defines, you may want to use it.  I also use a policy
file to define stuff like cf_email & perladmin.
